The Alliance association supports its members in their innovation challenges. You benefit from privileged access to our activities, as well as personalized contact with your innovation mentor.
Your mentor can help you with your innovation projects. Whether you want to set up an Innosuisse project, a direct mandate, a student project, or any other type of project, Alliance is your partner. We listen to your needs, advise you, help you find the right partners, put together your project file and obtain funding for your project.
Workshops and events
The Association organises events specifically designed for its members, focusing on cross-cutting themes relating to technology, innovation and industrialisation.
Student projects
The Association helps its members set up student projects. These projects take the form of Bachelor’s or Master’s theses. The student works on resolving a specific problem faced by the participating company, under the supervision of a professor, and must provide well-founded answers to a research question related to this topic.
The company provides the student with human, documentary and technical resources to enable them to complete their work and, in return, receives the student’s findings. Each collaborative project is governed by a contract between the company, the university and the student.
Companies may propose such projects to universities once a year (twice a year for EPFL). An Alliance mentor will guide you through the process of collaborating with a university, assist you in drafting your proposal and put you in touch with an interested lecturer.
