Competition Code of Conduct

Companies and organisations are subject to the extensive rules of cartel law. They must determine for themselves whether their conduct complies with cartel law. The Alliance Association offers its members a secure legal basis for the exchange of opinions and experience in compliance with cartel law. The meetings of the Alliance Association are not intended to deal with matters contrary to cartel law, nor to create or encourage favorable conditions for agreements or decisions contrary to cartel law. The Alliance Association will not tolerate any conduct contrary to cartel law.

Start-up member
Start-up members are young companies with fewer than 50 employees, who have been coached by an Alliance consultant. They are exempt from membership fees for five years following the creation of the start-up.
