Les Brainstormings d'Alliance | Diversifier son modèle d'affaires

March 12, 2024 from 4pm to 6pm, EPFL building BC 410. The event will be followed by a networking aperitif at 6pm.

For this latest edition of Alliance Brainstormings, the focus will be on an issue raised by Debiotech SA: Diversifying your business model: the challenges of market positioning.

The event will continue with two presentations, the first by Sébastien Mabillard, platinn coach in business innovation, and the second by Jean-Marie Ayer from the Haute École de Gestion de Fribourg.

Workshop carried out with the participation of platinn.

In the life of a company, it can be interesting or necessary to diversify its business model. This strategy, which involves developing new areas of activity, is designed to multiply revenue sources and gain a competitive edge.

When it comes to diversification, market positioning raises a number of questions. How do you adapt your business model to the changing market? How to gain recognition for these new activities? How do you reach different prospects or customers? How to redefine the company's image, given that its new field of action is sometimes far removed from its historic specialty? These are all complex questions, yet they are essential to the success of a diversified business model.

Free event.
