A culture of innovation
A cross-section of start-ups and companies

We are pleased to invite you to the next meeting of the Alliance Association, which will take place on Thursday June 12, 2025 at the Starling Hotel (free parking available). The statutory part of the General Meeting will start at 4.30pm. The meeting will continue at 5:00 p.m. with the conference Culture of innovation: crossroads between start-ups and companies.

Innovation: a question of creativity, opportunity or necessity? From rigorous internal processes to an idea box, how do you instill a culture of innovation in your company?

From the first idea to the selection of a project to be developed, we are delighted to welcome three companies of very different sizes and styles, who will talk to us about their culture of innovation: Cédric Chevalier, Director of PBMC, Aurélien Ducrey, co-founder of ProSeed, and Juliette Muller, Innovation Manager at G&F Châtelain. Discussions will continue at the workshop: How can I set up an innovation structure and processes in my company?

The event will conclude with a networking aperitif.

Registration deadline: June 6, 2025.

Cédric Chevalier | co-founder and CEO of PBMC

Trained as an electromechanical and automation engineer, I fell into the world of precision lapping / flat polishing when I left school. From project manager to company director, I moved into sales and discovered my passion for communication and people. In 2015, I created PBMC SA to be free to implement my ideas and bring an "augmented" service to precision players. #NOLIMIT

PBMC SA

PBMC SA specializes in precision flat lapping/polishing, and controls the entire process (machines, tooling, consumables, subcontracting, process development, training, turnkey workshop set-up). The aim is to provide a tailor-made service to guarantee the thickness, flatness, parallelism and surface finish of parts in rigid materials (metals, crystals, ceramics, composites, natural materials).

Aurélien Ducrey | co-founder of ProSeed

Passionate about the food industry and the economic opportunities it offers, I co-founded ProSeed, a food tech startup that grew out of my Master's thesis. Having trained as a food technology engineer, I'm keen to reconcile technical innovation with concrete impact in the field. As soon as I finished my studies, I transformed this project into an entrepreneurial adventure, which I now manage with a pragmatic approach, structured around sober and reproducible industrial models.

ProSeed

At ProSeed, our vision is to foster a more resilient food system. We develop processing solutions that preserve the value of wet biomass, reducing the environmental and economic impact of today's food system. By unlocking the potential of often overlooked co-products, we contribute to a circular, resource-efficient food future.

Juliette Muller | Innovation Manager at G&F Châtelain

With a technical background, I acquired solid skills in materials, thanks in particular to a thesis in the Ceramics department at EPFL. After 5 years in product management at Thermo Fisher, I moved to the Swatch Group as innovation project manager. It was during these 15 years of innovation that I was able to learn, discover, share, create, build, integrate and develop numerous collaborations. Since 2023, I have been Materials, Process and Product Innovation Manager at Châtelain.

G&F Châtelain

G&F Châtelain, a branch of Chanel Sàrl, is an innovative, forward-looking company that has been manufacturing top-of-the-range timepieces for over 70 years. Since 1987, with the creation of the watchmaking studio, it has continued to invest and progress, integrating ceramic technologies in 2000 and producing complication movements in 2016. Since 2019, Chanel jewelry has also been part of its activities.
