In collaboration with CleantechAlps, Platinn is developing a new approach to help companies in Western Switzerland define and implement solutions to increase their resilience to any potential crisis (energy, health, etc.).
The first step in this approach is a workshop to provide answers to the following questions: :
- What if crises were to become permanent? What's at stake for my company?
- What lessons can we learn from real-life examples?
- What solutions does platinn offer to improve business resilience?
This workshop is aimed in particular at managers or executives of SMEs, and organizational process / supply chain managers of any company based in Western Switzerland.
